Seven Days till ye old first bike ride...

...of the year.  Signed up for a 30mile ride next Sun.  Which may not have been the smartest thing but whatever.  So me and Lillie figured maybe we should ride our bikes a couple times before next week.

So this was a nice jump back into it.  Minus the super wind and my back tire that I don't know how to take off the chain being flat so I rode Lillie's other bike.  Besides that it was good.

It's been a while (Columbus Day in October... or the time before that the century ride in Hawaii late Sept) since I've ridden.  And spin class is NOT the same....
