Anyhoos....Star Trek:Voyager + Treadmill= Winning!! I apologize to Aaron in advance for screwing up all his netflix 'picked especially for you' pages.  Already on season 2.

Morning walk followed by very brief morning job on treadmill.  They still scare me.  These last couple of weeks havent been the best exercise-wise since I've been tired, and running all over town. 

But I'm determined to get some intervals in today at Memorial so 95miles doesn't kill me on Saturday.  Before/during/instead of watching the Texans game....(really hard to write exercising instead of watching football).
