discovered only one running shoe made the move (hopefully. a more dire explanation is only one made it back from las vegas)
#morningfail
But after some thinking this past weekend I decided to write out some goals. And get back on the weight loss ball. I'd really like the next few months to be weight loss first, endurance sport craziness next instead of the other way around.
So goals. Really just getting back to the basics of where I was before, with a few twists.
1. 5 days week workouts. I need to start waking up in the morning again, I've really been slacking.
2. FOOD tracking! this really should be number one, I think its more important to getting me back on track.
3. Weigh Ins and actually tracking them. I got a spiffy new scale that does weigh ins, fat %, and water %. Time to start using it and tracking it.
4. And the hardest for last. Cooking. Not the hardest because I don't like cooking, but the hardest because my social life revolves around happy hours and eating out. Related goal: less drinking. But since I'm a social drinker it would be pretty easy to wean off the drinking because I'm cooking at home and not eating out. SO HARD.
5. Lose some freaking weight. By the time the Monster Mash rolls around, I'd like to be down 6 pounds.
Ha that rhymes...but is true. Signing off to the blog on a high note.

| My calender for this week. Not the best week to implement this plan. |

You can do it. Food tracking is the big one for me..i hate it but it really works..i will send you some meal plans tonight some really good recipes, quick, cheap, and good. The meal plans are plant based with no oil...they are 1200 calories so i am sure you could add meat if you wanted to some of them and still be in a good calorie goal. I don't use them for the whole plans i just use the recipes i like... You can do whatever but the recipes are good.....anyways i am posting some goals tonight with some pics i am so excited about these next 21 weeks.....we can do it i know we can!......well hopefully most of it!
ReplyDeleteI haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate food tracking but it really works.
ReplyDeleteHey, if your notes about being more productive can get ME to wake up early, I know you can get back into it. I almost always get up before 7a now thanks to you!
I use the Eat This Not That books and random apps as guides when I'm out so I can pick the slightly healthier option.
Go Brittani! You can do it!!!
